Joel brings leadership, precision and a deep understanding of player development from his time at Plymouth Argyle. His sessions focus on helping players master their technique, sharpen decision-making, and build confidence in all areas of the game.
Will Sullivan

Will’s passion for coaching comes from years within elite football environments. As an active first-team player, he brings first-hand experience of what it takes to perform at the next level — inspiring young players to work hard, play smart and enjoy the game.
What to Expect
Each 90-minute session balances technical training and match play, ensuring every player learns through doing.
- Arrival & Warm-Up — Fast-paced, fun games to get moving and build energy.
- Technical Development — Focused weekly themes alternating between:
- Passing & Receiving: Precision, movement and control under pressure.
- Dribbling & Ball Mastery: 1v1s, turning, shielding and creativity with the ball.
- Shooting Practice: Every session finishes with goal-scoring — from rebounds to first-time shots.
- Game Play: Small-sided matches in the sports hall, where players apply what they’ve learned and express themselves freely.
- Reflection & Feedback: Positive coaching moments to build confidence and set next week’s goals.
