We believe that children learn a tremendous amount from working as part of a team, which is why we provide an environment to encourage collaboration through play.

Ben
Chief Fun-trepreneur / BBB (Big Boss Ben)
About Ben
Ben is the co-founder of High 5 and the driving force behind much of the fun. With over 20 years of experience creating active, engaging experiences for children, Ben is passionate about helping young people build confidence, try new things and have an amazing time at camp.
His qualifications include LTA Level 4 Tennis Coach, Bodyboard Instructor, Ultimate Frisbee Leader, Mountain Medicine and Level 3 Safeguarding. Ben is always dreaming up new ideas to make High 5 camps even bigger, better and more exciting.
Aimee
Director of Happiness
About Aimee
Aimee works tirelessly behind the scenes at High 5, supporting the business with admin, finance and customer service, while also somehow keeping the family household running smoothly. She is the rock that supports Ben, and the one most likely to roll her eyes (and occasionally rein him back in) when the next hair-brained or wildly ambitious idea appears.
Always ready to help wherever she’s needed, Aimee is a huge support to Ben and the whole High 5 team, bringing calm, kindness and plenty of smiles to the office.
She’s also responsible for some of the best cakes around and is often the reason the staff room is stocked with delicious treats.
Rachel
Fun Creator / The High 5 Mum
About Rachel
Rachel is our fantastic Office Manager and a cornerstone of the High 5 team. She leads on staffing, compliance and organisation, supporting everyone across the business and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Known affectionately as the “High 5 Mum,” Rachel keeps the team on track with her incredible organisation, efficiency and calm approach while helping the business continue to grow and develop.
Rhys
Fun-gistics / Operations Manager
About Rhys
Rhys is our Operations Manager, supporting all of our staff and sites to deliver the most incredible High 5 camps possible. He works closely with the team to ensure every camp runs smoothly and that children have the best possible experience.
Rhys also leads our tennis programme, supporting the coaching team to deliver high-quality tennis across all High 5 activities.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, is a Level 3 LTA Tennis Coach, and has completed PIPA operator training for the safe operation of inflatable equipment.
Jamie
Wrap Around Coordinator & Holiday Camps Staff Trainer
About Jamie
Jamie is the High 5 Wrap Around Coordinator and Holiday Camps Staff Trainer, playing a key role in supporting and developing the delivery of our camps and programmes.
Having joined High 5 at just 18 years old, Jamie is now approaching 30 and is officially our longest-serving member of the team (although Rhys might occasionally try to challenge that!).
Jamie is a fantastic leader at Stover camps and is loved by parents and children for his warm nature, positive energy and passion for making sure every child has the best possible experience.
James
Captain Fun / Head of High 5 Epic Events
About James
James leads High 5 Epic Events, bringing energy, creativity and excitement to schools and events across the region. Known as Captain Fun, he can often be found delivering our amazing range of equipment and inflatables, or dressing up as one of our many characters to create unforgettable experiences for children.
James works closely with schools to organise activity weeks, end-of-term celebrations and special school events, helping families and children create magical memories.
Les
Logistics Les / Warehouse Commander
About Les
Les manages the High 5 warehouse and equipment stores, making sure all of our kit is clean, well maintained and organised so it can be used across our camps, after-school clubs and events.
With his military background, Les brings incredible organisation and discipline to the role, which means our 2,500 sq ft warehouse is probably more organised than most garden sheds!
Les is also a key member of the camp set-up and pack-down team, helping make sure everything is ready for children to have an amazing experience.
Nikki
Early Years & Wrap Around Leader
About Nikki
Nikki manages the Bickleigh Breakfast and After School Club and is also a Site Supervisor for High 5 Holiday Camps, helping ensure children have a safe, fun and welcoming environment before school, after school and during the holidays.
She also supports the team in the office with Early Years provision and creative art projects, bringing creativity and care to everything she does.
Nikki plays an important role in supporting our younger children and helping make High 5 a place where every child feels happy, included and excited to take part.
