The Programme


Who are the camps for?

The HIGH 5 Sports Camps are available to any children who wish to attend them. The only criteria are that you must be 5 years of age or older, and you must come packed with lots of energy and enthusiasm.

HIGH 5 Sports Camps are open to all children aged:

5 – 7 years (Rookies Camps)
8 – 10 years (Semi-pro Camps)
11 – 15 years (Pro Camps)

Taking part in these camps will help your children to develop their self confidence, decision making abilities and sense of fair play whilst making new friends, with the underlying emphasis being on enjoying a variety of sports and having fun.


What does a day at camp look like?

08:00 – 09.00am Early Birds Club
For those parents wishing to drop their kids off early on their way to work

08:30 – 09:30am Drop off an registration
Core activities start at 09:30 so bring your kids along at whatever time suits you best

09:30 – 10:30am Activity 1
A selection of sports and other activities will be available throughout the day

10:30 – 10:45am AM Break
Time for a quick rest, a drink and a snack

10:45 – 11:45am Activity 2
With over 30+ different sports to choose from you definitely won’t get bored

11:45 – 12:45pm Activity 3
We are always adding new and exciting activities to keep you entertained

12:45 – 13:15pm Lunch time
Time for a rest, you will have earned it

13:15 – 14:15pm Activity 4
Once your refuelled its time to get back out there with lots of things to try

14:15 – 15:15pm Activity 5
We wil give you a choice of high energy and also less strenuous games in the PM

15:15 – 15:30pm PM Break
A well earned drink and a rest on the sofa

15:30 – 16:30pm Activity 6
Final sport of the day, lets make it a good one, you might win some prizes

16:30 – 17:30pm Collection
Time to relax with friends, play some pool or table tennis and wait for your parents

17:30 – 18:00pm Late Club
They will be worn out and will sleep well but will be raring to come back tomorrow
